Booking

Quality hotels in India will not hold preliminary reservations for more than three days. To avoid disappointment it is necessary to confirm your Booking as soon as possible.

When the details of your itinerary have been finalised and you have confirmed your Booking you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of the tour to Ventours, either in U.S. dollars or in U.K. £ Sterling.

Your booking will then be finalised and you will be sent a confirmation.

Communication

Communication is invariably by e-mail for speed and convenience.

Availability

You will normally be informed about availability within eight to 48 hours of your initial booking inquiry form being received by Ventours. The difference in response times is due to where you live (and the time difference) and where public holidays in India fall.

Confirmation

When all the details of the itinerary have been finalised you will be sent a Confirmation Notice. At this point it will be necessary for you to make arrangements to pay a deposit to Ventours to secure the accommodation and the booking.

Deposit

The deposit which is payable on receipt of Confirmation of your Booking is 50% of the total cost of the Itinerary. It is important that this should be paid immediately to avoid the possible disappointment of losing room reservations.

Payment

Payments should be made direct to Ventours either in U.S. dollars or in U.K. £ Sterling.

Final Payment

Final payment is due eight weeks prior to the first day of your India travel luxury tour.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to Ventours.

Cancellation of the tour more than eight weeks before the first night of your tour will involve forfeiting half of the 50% deposit paid. The balance will be returned in full within seven days of receipt of your cancellation in writing.

Cancellation within less than eight weeks prior to the first night of your tour will result in forfeiture of all the deposit monies paid. The 50% final payment will be returned in full within seven days of receipt of your cancellation in writing within the eight-week period.

Tickets and Documentation

Tickets and documents will be sent to you on receipt of your final payment and in good time before you travel.

Please remember to ensure that you have obtained a valid Visa and any other documentation that you might require before you travel.
